If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at 626-338-4156 or through our information center so we can promptly resolve it for you.
Refunds / Exchanges
Cheap Shot Billiard Supply offers you a 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Cheap Shot Billiard Supply, you may return the item(s) in new, unused and original condition. If you receive the product and do not like it and wish to return the item for any reason, you may do so by contacting us within 5 days from the delivery date and set up the return for a full merchandise price refund. We will credit you with the form of payment you submitted to us or a Cheap Shot Billiard Supply Gift Card if you wish. The item must be received back to us within 30 days of our original shipment date to you. Beyond this period, all sales are final. For your protection, please be sure to send back the item in the original shipping container and insure the product for the full value. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Please note that if a refund is requested, even though we will credit your card the day the item is returned to us, it sometimes may take up to 3-5 days for the credit to show up at your bank. This is not the fault of Cheap Shot Billiard Supply, it is just how the banks handle the credits. For some reason credits take longer to show up in the records of the bank.
You may also request a product exchange only if you call or contact us through our information center within 5 days of delivery and the returned item(s) in new, unused and original condition and in the original packaging. The item must be received back to us within 30 days of our original shipment date to you. Beyond this period, all sales are final. For your protection, please be sure to send back the item in the original shipping container and insure the product for the full value.
Video, DVD and other electronic forms of media are non refundable. Exchanges for the same title are allowed in case the media is defective.
International Returns
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders, or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
Damaged Goods
If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and call us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim.
If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and call our Customer Service at 626-338-4156.
If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain shipping carton and all packing material and notify the carrier and Cheap Shot Billiard Supply immediately. Cheap Shot Billiard Supply ships all cues and shafts in a very heavy duty tube that we have had little if any shipping problems with to insure your new cue or shafts safety. Cheap Shot Billiards is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company. We will help replace products in a timely manner as our goal is your customer satisfaction.
Shortage
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Unpack your order, inventory all items ordered, and report any shortage immediately. If it is a small part or item you are missing, please look carefully throughout the package and packaging material as small items can become dislodged during the shipping process. Customers have 5 days from delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped.
Shipping Errors
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please call us immediately (626-338-4156) or notify us through our information center if there has been an error on our part in fulfilling your order and we will do everything in our power to correct the situation quickly.
Please note that orders consisting of more than one brand may arrive on different days if the order contains non-stock item(s). Check your packing slip to make sure you have a shortage not a delivery delay. If a non-stock item is being shipped with your order, possibly from the manufacturer, it will be noted on your invoice in the item line as "drop ship".
If an item is missing or a wrong item has been shipped due to our error, the problem will be corrected at our shipping expense. Cheap Shot Billiard Supply will pay for the pick up of the wrong item as well as the delivery of the correct item. If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong item or wrong type due to customer error, the customer will be liable for shipping expenses to and from Cheap Shot Billiard Supply to correct the problem.
Cue and Shaft Returns
All Cues and shafts are rolled by our staff to ensure straightness before shipping. Once you receive your cue or shaft, you are encouraged to roll the shaft on a straight and level surface to ensure it meets your playing requirements. If you are not satisfied with your cue or shaft, please feel free to return it for a full refund or exchange minus any shipping charges.
If you chalk your new cue or shaft, this will signify your acceptance of the product.
Any situations that arise after you have chalked (and there by accepted) your new cue or shaft will have to be handled as a warranty issue through the manufacturer. So, before chalking your cue, please be sure that it is everything you want in a new cue or shaft. Take a few center ball hits with the un-chalked cue or shaft to get the feel and balance of it. Then when you are sure the item is what you want, chalk and enjoy your new cue or shaft.
With the quality products we offer here at Cheap Shot Billiard Supply, we are sure you will be very happy with your new cue or shaft purchase. If not, rest assured that we will be here to help resolve any issues that might arise.
Custom Ordered Cues and Shafts, Demo Items, Closeout items, and Personalized items are not returnable. Custom ordered / built cues and shafts, custom stains, custom wraps, custom shaft mm, or other customizing options that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.
Absolutely no returns of items used and not in absolutely new condition can be issued.
Our customers can always be sure that the new cue they are paying for is in brand new and unused condition. Used cues will be handled as warranty issues from the manufacturer. Returns must be returned in original shipping packaging.
